Welcome to Shrikihub! We’re excited to have you on board as our valued Local Host. This
agreement (“Agreement”) spells out the terms and conditions that will govern our relationship.
In these terms we refer to the client (“you”) and Ared Group Inc the provider of the shrikihub
solution (“us”). Please take a moment to read through and understand these terms:
1. What We Offer
We’re here to provide you with access to our Shrikihub solution, depending on your service
package, the solution can be tailored to your needs to provide (i) token authentication; (ii) a custom captive portal,

2. Local host Registration
To use our Services, you are required to create an account and register information which
includes: your name, email address, and any other details that may help us provide the
service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
and are liable for all activities conducted under your account.
3. Local host Obligations
When using our Services, you agree to:
i) Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
ii) Not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
iv) Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper
functioning of our Services.
4. The Timeframe
with us. In some cases, we offer a trial period for our services, during the trial some terms such
as pricing and all the full features may not be applicable, therefore our full-service agreement
with you during the trial is not operational. However, if all is good and you want to continue after
the trial, the full-service agreement will automatically renew unless terminated by us or you.
5. What You Pay

annual basis. Remember, late payments might lead to a temporary suspension of access to our
SAAS and DAAS solutions.

Count on us for technical support and maintenance. To ensure uninterrupted service, we may
train you to ensure that you can troubleshoot standard issues that cause downtime. If an issue

If either of us messes up big time, the other party can terminate this agreement immediately. In
that case, you’ll need to stop using our solutions and return or destroy any confidential

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Rwanda and any disputes will be settled through
arbitration according to the Kigali International Arbitration Center’s rules.
